Pro Apps Bundle for Education and Apple ID

My sister will buy me a new MacBook Pro from the Apple Store and we chose to get the £180 bundle that comes with various Apple apps (such as LogicProX, etc). The question is: Will the apps of the bundle that are pre-installed on the laptop, be associated with the Apple ID of my sister? Or can I use my Apple ID when I set up the laptop?
