Catalina and iCloud password unknown error
Hello,
My husband installed Catalina on his MacBook Pro 2016 and has been unable to sign into iCloud. Every time he tries, a message appears "Verification failed. Unknown error occurred." He's tried resetting his password several times, has uninstalled and reinstalled Catalina and restarted multiple times. Nothing accepts his password on the Mac, system preferences, mail, messages, this forum, etc. He has no problems on his phone. He's been in touch with Apple Support for over two weeks, but to no avail.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
