iPhone is Disabled Connect to iTunes (4S)

Hi, I recently got an iPhone 4s, and when I turned it on, it said iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes. I don't have any previous backup for it. Is there any way I can just reset the phone to default settings?

(My Mac that I will connect it to is on macOS Catalina, and doesn't have iTunes. I'm not sure if that will cause any issues, though.)
