SOI Removal with Two-Factor Authentication in 2019

Hello.

I desperately want to get rid of Songs Of Innocence from my account because despite deleting it, it keeps reappearing (usually after a firmware update).

Yes, I have gone to the SOI removal tool:

http://itunes.com/soi-remove

but this DOES NOT work with 2 factor authentication and 2FA CANNOT be turned off. After attempting to login to the site, it says your pswd is incorrect and then AFTER this I get the 2FA 6 digit code, so I cannot enter it into that login page.

There was a suggestion to simply add the code to the end of my password (so if my password was QWERTY and the code they gave was 123456, then enter QWERTY123456) and try again.

However, this also DOES NOT work - maybe it only works for the US but from the UK I have tried this multiple times and STILL get the album reappearing in the Music app in my iPhone.

I've also been told to simply hide the album.....erm...no, I want to DELETE this album from my account.

Is this possible or does Apple simply not care enough to give us control over our own devices anymore?

I have tried reviewing my AppStore purchases where it doesn't appear, and my iTune purchases where it also doesn't appear. I have looked in my account in itunes via a desktop and the album doesn't show.....

.....but it STILL carries on appearing in my iPhone (despite manually deleting each song EVERY TIME THEY REAPPEAR).

Again, I do not want to simply Hide the album (which I can't do via any account screen as it's not showing up anyway)....I want to permanently DELETE it from my account so that it stops showing up full stop.

Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: Sorry, after more searching found that this is indeed something you CANNOT do on your own with access to your own accounts.

There is a permanent fix but you do that by having an online chat session with Apple Support. Explain it to them and they manually remove it from your account at their end:

Problem solved :)
