iPad won’t turn on after update.

After trying to install the new IOS my iPad now just shows the apple logo. I’ve tried several times to put it into recovery mode, and reboot it with the home and power button. No success. iTunes doesn’t recognize the device at all. Anyone else having this issue? Or have a fix?
