iPhone TV app some thumbnails missing
Anyone having issues with iPhone TV app not showing thumbnails of Apple WWDC and September event. iPhone X iOS 13.1.3

I see that the thumbnails for Apple's 2019 events in the TV application on your iPhone after updating to iOS 13.1.3, and I'm glad to help.
How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Force quit the TV app, if it's open and see if the thumbnails appear.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Restart your iPhone. Once it's returned to the Home screen, check the TV app once again.
Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12 or later device or Apple Watch -- If the issue persists, delete then restore the TV application, and see if the issue's resolved.
