Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to get your iPhone past the Apple logo while updating your iPhone. First, try force restarting your iPhone with these steps:

"Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo."

If you're still having this issue, please follow the steps in the section titled "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up" in this Apple resource, and make sure to choose the "Restore" option and to apply a recent backup once this process is complete, if you have a recent backup.
