Might have helped if you had chosen to reveal Show Details of where the problems might be.

If you are erasing always best to do it at the top level of the Disk, which is General Storage,

as you have tried. When you are attempting to Erase what options are you selecting,

for example are you Formatting as MacOS Extended on a GUID Partition Map

or are you using MS-DOS (FAT) or exFAT on a Master Boot Record.

What are you going to be doing with this card, are you suing it between Macs and PC's

or only on the Mac.
