Every time I click 'install' and set the partition size for the Windows ISO file, I receive "An error occurred while downloading Windows support software".
I have watched several videos on how to troubleshoot this problem, but nothing seems to work.
Any help is appreciated!

Yes. Ensure that the partition is large enough for your TM Restore. Then retry BC Assistant. If you are able to install Windows, then restore your TM backup.
Does BC Assistant -> Action -> Download work properly?
You should be able to mount WindowsSupport.dmg and check Bootcamp.xml for Product Version. The successful download eliminates network and some file system issues.
Can you post the output of
sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1
Reboot and hold Command+S, to enter Single-User Mode. In the black-and-white console, at the '#' prompt, run
fsck_apfs -s -o -y /dev/rdisk1

Can you post a photo of the session?
Can you run a SMC and NVRAM Reset and try to install Windows?
Click on Disk Utility and pick the whole disk and choose Erase.

It needs to be run using Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal. It is a command-line utility.
