Hello. Just wondering if i set up a second alias email with my icloud account, can i get someone else to administer this (create a seperate password) so that he/she will not see my main email address mail?
No. Email aliases deliver into the inbox alongside the main address and are accessed in the same way. You would have to create a new, second, iCloud account and add it in System Preferences (or Settings)>Mail, Contacts & Calendars. This would have its own ID and password.
