Hi. I am trying to open a downloaded file on my Mac book air 2018 but it says "safari can't open the file because no available application can open it". can anyone help with which app I need or what I can do to open downloaded files? thanks in advance for any help.

If that doesn't help, I think you should get in touch with the developer and ask them.
