Breathe app missing

Breathe app missing

My breathe app is missing on Apple Watch 4. By that I mean the icon no longer shows on watch and there are no menu items for it on the iPhone (latest IOS 13).

Did I do something in notifications that’s killing it? How do I turn it back on?

On your Watch , go to the App store and dictate "Breathe App"then scroll until you see it. It's quite a way down.
