Phone tree acceptance
The phone tree at my work will not accept inputs from my IPhone 11?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you're having an issue using a phone tree/automated calling system.
To clarify, what exactly is happening? Are you dialing in to the automated system and finding key presses are not recognized?
If so, as a test, try calling in to the same system from both Wi-Fi and cellular data; do you get the same results each time?
How about if you Restart your iPhone and try again?
Also, to double-check, which iOS version are you using under Settings > General > About?
