Pandora /billing

I received an email from Apple saying it was an invoice for purchase of Pandora Premium for a total of 89.38 and list my Apple ID ... but I have not purchased such.

And this was after I changed my Apple password because I had emails stating an iMac 21.5” 4K had looked in under my ID .. has anyone had similar problems with charges and how do I get in touch with someone to correct this ?

thanks

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you still think it is a real charge see the following. It includes Apple contact information if the other steps don't help: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

Ok so I do feel it was probably a scam email because there is no address listed so I did change my password AGAIN.. but is there ANY way to get in touch with someone from Apple support because I have had multiple emails saying someone is accessing my account and there is a list of those accounts that shows up under my Apple account, I have my work computer but there is no personal info on it so this is not me. I’ve already called my credit card company for the account that was attached to my Apple ID and yes there are several charges that I don’t recognize from last billing and only two ( two song downloads and iCloud storage) that are mine. I’ve also removed the card associated but I would like to know if my information is safe and what other charges are attached to my ID ?
