Account Disabled

I am being told that my account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes. It was forcing me to add a payment option when I already had one in there.

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
