lost my iphone at UK

Hello everyone. my wife lost her iphone at London recently and yesterday a message is sent to me at Malaysia telling that the phone was found by local police and reported to Apple Security Team.

A woman named Kristen Smith texted me to confirm my address to ship the phone. Is this really from Apple? Im just worried because once i click the link she gave -the phone was dissapear from find my iphone list. please help..
