iPhone 11 Pro Camera Issues

Hi Everyone

Anyone else having issues with their camera. Firstly wide angle doesn't work or even show as an option also i cant zoom in anymore than 5x and I'm certain it goes 10x.

Secondly I've noticed portrait mode isnt working. It doesnt focus on the object and blur the surroundings like it should do.

I updated my iOS to 13.1.3 in hopes that would resolve it but no luck. I done a hard restart which actually resolved it for like 2 seconds but soon after the problem starts again.

Last but not least I have done a factory reset. All failed to resolve the issues, I have a colleague at work with the max version also having the same problems.

Any ideas?
