Ever since I updated my iPhone X to iOS 13.1.3, I cannot send videos to any email account. When I select the video from my "Photos" and select "mail," there's a slight delay as the video is "being prepared," and then the app basically crashes and I see my home screen. Any suggestions?

Thanks for explaining how to send a video from within the email app. I was certainly confused by Step 1 ("In an email, tap < or Return to open the format bar") I saw no "<" or Return to tap, but once I tapped on the body of the email, the "format bar" appeared.
However, if I try to send a video from the Photos app, the same thing occurs – the video is "prepared" and then the app quits and I return to the my home screen.
