My airpods have had an issue for about a month now and its very annoying. When i put them on at full volume i can barely hear them with any noise outside. My friends say that its very loud outside and they hear everything when i tell them to try on my airpods they say that they also dont hear anything

First, consider whether this happens with multiple apps or in multiple locations. If it’s only happening outside, try using them indoors.
