Transfer old home videos from "On My Device" Videos app to computer?

These are not videos taken with the device. They were synced to it from an old computer to the old iOS 5.1.1 "Videos" app. I am wondering, is there a way to export from my iPad to my other computer?

There is no way to transfer these videos from the Videos app to a different computer.
