how do i add plug-ins to all the vocal tracks in the Master but not the beat in a project?
I added a plugin in the master to affect all of the track vocals but it affects the beat I’m using as well.
Do I have to do them one by one?

that is not possible, the Master track is THE Master track of all tracks

yes, but that's not a lot of trouble.
create the settings you want for one of the tracks, and then save that to the Library so you can then apply it to any track by just selecting it from the Library.
