iTunes gift card

I accidentally redeemed a gift card on the wrong account. I haven't used any of the money and was wondering if I can some how put it back on the card???? Help me please!

There is no way to do that. You can try contacting iTunes store support and see if they can transfer the balance to a different account, but don't get your hopes up-->iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support
