iTunes gift card

If I put money from the iTunes gift card on the wrong account but I haven’t spent anything is it possible to have the money put back on the card so I can put it on the correct account

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put the card's balance back onto it.

Apple gift card I purchased an item from apple with my gift card. I had a balance remaining on card and went to put in onto iTunes. Instead of just putting the small amount, it put the entire card amount when i had already purchased something from Apple. Now apply is saying they need another card and cannot use that one????
