Apple Gift Card

Hi, i have just redeemed my gift card, but it happens that I accidentally redeemed it to the wrong account, would there be any way that the money could be unredeemed and added back in to the gift card. I meant to add the gift card to another account, and on this account it will go to waist and will not be spent.
