I have an I Phone 7 with an IOS 13.1.3. How do I transfer photos sent to me via messages to my photo app?

Tap on the image to open it. Then tap on the share icon (arrow coming out of a box) at the bottom left corner, swipe up to reveal other options on the menu, and select Save Image to save the photo to your Camera Roll in the Photos app.
