Macbook Pro - Network Errors

Hello, just yesterday I started having problems with my macbook i've never experienced my entire time owning it.

Model: Macbook Pro11,1

I was able to load a few websites like Youtube and Facebook but I couldn't access a majority including Twitch....I receive an error page ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE.

first i updated to catalina but it didn't solve the issue

I tried reinstalling chrome, didn't help.

I tried using Safari didn't help.

I tried to install Mozilla but i couldn't even get to the download page.

I tried Factory resetting the computer but it won't even let me as it says "Network could not be reached"

I've tried deleting WIFI and re-adding it

I've tried changing the DNS server

I've tried renewing the DHCP Release

I've tried three different networks all the same issue (can load some pages but still broken)

I've tried using Ethernet (through thunderbolt)

this is driving me insane, anyone have some tips?

Is your system Time set correctly? it must be correct within five minutes to make httpS: connections.

Is your physical location set to the correct Time Zone in

system preferences > Date&Time > Time Zone?

does your geographical area have controversial Daylight Saving Time issues that Apple may have overlooked?

Most computers get their DNS server addresses from the Router upstream, when they get a local IP address using DHCP. However, if you manually set the DNS Addresses, the ones provided by DHCP will not be used.

The weird and wonderful thing that happens is that there are several MORE Routers upstream in your ISP's part of the Network, and each Router does the same thing -- asks for an address via DHCP, and gets the DNS numbers with it.

If you did not change them, your Router should still remember the ISP DNS numbers. You generally reach it by entering its local address as a numeric address in your browser, and then logging in.

In my opinion, your problem does not sound like a simple DNS problem.

You may wish to download and run this little "discovery" program name EtreCheck, run it and post its report back here for readers to help you with.
