I was charged for iTunes and I didn’t agree to this charge, nor did anyone in my family.No one has access to my bank info but me.How do I go about getting a refund?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
