How can I display percentage usage in upper right corner of phone? It shows the bar but doesn’t say the usage of battery

You can't because there isn't enough room in the status bar to display battery percentage without eliminating some other data in the status bar. However you can drag down from the upper right corner and see the battery percentage in the control center.
