How to remove LSD crazed donkey emoji from text message emojis options?!?!?

I think someone sent me one of these stupid emojis once, now EVERY time I try to text message, I get a whole assortment of this really stupid emoji. Can I get rid of it forever, or at least not have to see it EVERY time ?!?!? Not only do they show up every time, , the iPhone has the nerve to insult me by saying these idiotic emojis are "Frequently Used" - I have NEVER used them, and never will. I never want to see them again?! And they block me from seeing the ones I actually do use frequently???!!!

OK - so with a recent iOS upgrade, the problem seems to have gone away.

Tap the recents button again (the clock). This will hide the emoji stickers. And it’s a unicorn, not an LSD crazed donkey. Though that’s about the most accurate description I’ve ever heard for a unicorn.

Thank you! But I think I've tried it before - and I have to do this forever, right? That won't stop them from appearing every time? It seems like a really annoying design flaw that Apple now forces me to take an extra step every time I text?

Yes, that's the button I click, which clears it immediately, but when I try to reply to subsequent texts from the same person, a day or so later, it often presents that same annoying herd of donkey emojis?!?!

I just upgraded to 13.2; Tried to follow your instructions, but after 3 dots... I see emoji, but don't see how to manage or delete?

When I tap the recent emoji button, it keeps them hidden until I hit it again. Should only have to do it once.

To clarify, this button.

On iOS 13.2 > Messages > new message > scroll the horizontal icons bar > tap the three dots... and you could manage or delete Emoji.
