I’ve got the iPhone 11 and I don’t know if this is normal but I only noticed it the other day but there is a weird clicking sound when you use swipe up to get off the app you’re using and other things it vibrates but it also has a weird clicking sound is there any solutions?

I understand you are hearing a "clicking" sound when you swipe on the display on your iPhone 11. This is most likely the Haptics that you are experiencing. Try changing some of the settings on your iPhone to change this behavior.

@Apple singapore, I am experiencing this same issue. It happened recently. It’s like a tick sound that occurs once - when I pull up my tabs, or zoom in on a picture, or toggle buttons on Assistive touch. The sound is similar to typing on the keyboard and occurs when a silent vibration is triggered? You can only hear it when it’s really quiet so the people at Apple didn’t really believe it was an issue :( They have changed the haptic engine, did a hard reset and everything and now they say it’s not an issue.
Everyone who’s got this issue, relax! IT IS NOT A HARDWARE ISSUE as some people have tried to persuade here. This issue is now fixed in iOS 13.4 Beta that’s available right now. Update to the beta or wait for the public launch of 13.4. Cheers.
Myra I read the form. I don’t know how to do a beta update. Never have done that. I’ll wait til they release the update to everyone and hope it fixes the issue. Thanks for the sarcastic comment though, very helpful. 🙄
YES there is a way to solve this, all the answers fail to mention that in the same area is another setting, Lock Sounds.
This must be turned OFF so that when you untick Keyboard Clicks the phone can make the change. You do not need to turn off System Haptics, I've just proved it on my iPhone updated to Gold Master 13.4
I got the exact same issue, on latest ios, eveything on silent and turned off yet still a odd clicking sound
I was at the Genius Bar. My phone was quite new so they decided to replace it. (and they never have seen that before)
I also checked with my friend's iphone 11, his phone does not have this issue.
Did your friends iPhone have the 13.3 update?
You should have insisted. At least ask them to find a quiet place in the store. But I believe that now you can just update to iOS 13.4 public beta to solve this issue.
