iPad OS email body content cut off

Just recently in the last week I have noticed when replying to emails on my mail (native) app on my IPad Pro that only the first line will show up which is usually “Hello name” then the reminder of the email is cut off. I use Outlook 365 for our email server and when I look in the sent folder on the server side it displays the whole email, but the recipient does not receive the full content. This has happened with multiple recipients not just one. I tried reproducing with the Outlook app on my IPad Pro and have not experienced the same issue.
