macOS Catalina is not seen software updates

I try to update my Mac Pro 2018 for installing Catalina but my Mac says your Mac is up to date -- macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and last checked: 24 October 2019. I tried to install Catalina from App Store and it says to me Update not found and The requested version of macOS is not available. How can I install new version of macOS Catalina?

I had the same issue and I run softwareupdate with '--reset-ignored' on the terminal. Then it gets okay.

The actual command I run was

sudo softwareupdate -l --all --force --reset-ignored

But

softwareupdate --reset-ignored

Or

sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored

would be enough.
