Apple Watch seris 5 kj to cal

1. On the Watch, go to the Workout app.
2. Select Other.
3. Swipe until you see the red Active Calories/Kilojoules screen.
4. Press and hold until you see an option to select Calories and Kilojoules.
5. Select your preference.

It's been changed by an update. Item 2 should now read ...tap on the Calories Icon. Item tree should read hard press on on the words "ACTIVE CALORIES"....you will be given the option to change it to Calories.
