Can’t install update

i have new iPhone 11pro (4 days)

i can see an update to install, but I can’t install it as it says:

You can install this update when your phone is finished restoring from iCloud backup.

My phone has automatic updates on, and has been on wifi for 4 days since purchase

how can I see what still needs to restore?
