Notifications not functioning within Catalina

Good day,

I recently upgraded to 10.15 (Catalina), and it seems that the notifications I have within Safari are not functioning on my MBP.

Anyone else have this issue?

Solutions?

Safari does not ask notification preferences. I'm using macOS Catalina (10.15) and I had logged in iCloud. Safari > Preferences > Website > Notifications - is empty (This is important.) System Preferences > Notifications > Safari - is enabled to receive notifications (badge, sound, banner) I did not install any kind of extensions for Safari. 9to5Mac, MacRumors, YouTube and etc. all of websites which I had known and asked notification previously don't ask notification preferences anymore. I cleared all history in Safari. I think this is clearly Safari's problem. Is there a way to solve this problem immediately? Please read this carefully and please answer correctly.

Desktop Notifications Not Working I'm using Big Sur on a Mac Mini M1 model. I no longer receive any sort of desktop notifications for any apps I use. No Skype notifications, no browser notifications, no calendar notifications, Apple News no longer pops up and anything else I have tried. I need my notifications to work for the work that I do. I've rebooted my computer and gone through my settings multiple times. I'm literally about to lose my damn mind. I do not have "Do Not Disturb" turned on FYI. I know there is something I am missing but I can not find it. Here is a screenshot of my settings for my calendar, surely this should work. If anyone could shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it :)

App not appearing in System Preferences>Notifications An app that I have installed, which used to appear in System Preferences>Notifications has disappeared from the notification settings after I did a mac software update. Now, the app won't show any notifications.
