iOS 13.1.3 and Native Email App - New Email Issue

Using an iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13.1.3 and the Native Email App - new emails do not display unless I toggle to the filter for 'unread' emails then back to 'All Inboxes'. This is consistent and can be reproduced.

Email app keeps opening to last read email Anyone else having issues with the email app and iOS 13? I use the email app (with gmail as the only account) and at least every other time I open the app (after having previously closed it), it opens to the last read email instead of the inbox. It’s super annoying. I’ve reached out to Apple about it but they don’t know what’s going on or how to fix it. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m only marking the emails as read instead of opening them and reading them. Or deleting the email, going to trash, and moving the email back to the inbox to trick the app into not opening that email. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. It’s an iPhone 8. Thanks!

Seems to be resolved with iOS 13.2
