Can Classic run in Catalina...emulator?

Good day,

I think there was an emulator/application that allowed current macOS users the ability to open Classic applications and/or files.

Can anyone provide the name/URL of this capability?

Is there a way to run a 32 bit application after macOS 10.15 Catalina? I used a 32 bit LaCie "Private-Public" application, to secure my most essential files, which I haven’t been able to access since installing macOS Catalina 10.15. Many times, I contacted LaCie for help but they never responded. Is there a way to run a 32 bit application without reverting to an earlier 32 bit macOS (10.14.6 Mojave)? Thank you!

Will imovie 9 work with Catalina on my desk top mac? I'm wanting to down load Imovie, numbers, pages to my desk top computer OS Catalina ver. 10.15.7 I'm wondering which version of these apps I need for this OS, and since they are old can they be down loaded for free?
