sending e-mail
Sent e-mail Message says no outgoing server selected, pick from a list that is not there. Provider gave me the name of the server, put it in Preferences and now says the server name, but "(offline)". Now?

Get in touch with your mail provider and get the correct settings, then use Add or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support to set it up.
