ATT is wanting me to have OAuth to keep using MacMail

AT&T sent me an email about enhanced security they will soon be implementing. This will require either using Open Authentication or a Secure Mail Key.

I'm on 10.13.6 with Mail 11.5. Has anyone dealt with this who can help?
