My Itunes on my Iphone are not syncing with my IMAC. I checked the settings on my phone and Sync Library is on.

Sync Library (formerly iCloud Music Library) needs to be enabled in both the computer and the device for updates to flow between them. See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support.
