Delete leftover files after uninstall
Hey,
is it ok to just drag left over files to the trash bin after uninstalling an app that was downloaded from the App Store?

If you mean files in your ~Library used by the app then yes.
A decent app has an uninstaller but in the absence of one you can either manually search for leftovers or,like most people, ignore them.
