How can i delete safari’s documents?

I start using this new iOS a while ago and i have been downloading videos and stuff from safari and it takes a very huge amount of my memory even after i delete everything I have downloaded but safari is still managed to take the same space out of the memory

so how can i delete safari’s documents?

Here is how you can clear history and cache in Safari on your iPhone?

Open Settings.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Scroll down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm.
