iOS 13.1.3 - Erase All Content and Settings

Attempting to "Erase All Content and Settings" on an iPhone, on iOS 13.1.3, after successfully entering my passcode it immediately asks for a 4 digit passcode....

What is this passcode as I only have a 6 digit passcode?
