how can i move the netflix movies from my iphone memory to icloud I have 50GB ?

You can’t. iCloud is not off device storage, iCloud is used for backups, photos, (if you use iCloud Photos) and to keep app data in sync like reminders, contacts, notes, and calendars. You cannot upload Netflix movies to iCloud for storage.
