My contact numbers now have gaps between the digits

The numbers for my contacts have changed. They now have gaps every 2 digits. I have switched the phone off and on again and I have reset my region as UK but nothing has helped. I have an iPhone XS max. I can no longer call the numbers.

Call any of my stored contacts now says "the number is not recognised" If I call one of my contacts stored on my iPhone XS, it says "the number is not recognised", but if I dial the number using the keypad, it works fine. Until last week it was working fine and my contacts have been stored and used for years. with full country code. Can anyone suggest what might have changed?

iphone 7 keep changing all contacts number format Hello there, i would like to ask if i’m only one who is having almost every month changed phone numbers in contacts. I mean the formatting of the number, i always have to change region and restart phone. I never had such issue with any other iphone. How can i fix this annoying bug? The numbers should be like 0900 000 000, instead of that it’s 00 00 00 00 00, and the contacts don’t work i can’t even call them. My region is set to slovakia, and i have to change it to something else and then back to slovakia almost every month.... Gotta say, there’s a lot of bugs on ios and mac os for such prices...
