Persistent Update Notifications

For a while now every single time I unlock my phone (or check my Notification Center) I get a notification (the same kind you get when your battery is low) telling me “A new iOS update is available. Please update from the iOS 12 beta.” (I am no longer in the beta program fyi). Is there any way I stop this from happening every single time I unlock my phone with out updating my phone?
