MacBook Pro 2019 13 inch and power requirements and using Lenovo Thunderbolt Dock

Greetings,

Does anyone know if the MacBook Pro 2019, 13 inch can work with higher incoming wattage than the 61 watts required? For example, can I use the Lenovo Thunderbolt Dock with USB c connection, that puts out 65 watts, with the MacBook Pro which draws 61 watts?
