phone case return question

Hello,

I have a pink otter box lumen case that I got for my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

While it was in my bag today, the fabric from the inside rubbed off

onto the rubber parts of the case and permanently stained it. I tried

everything to get the stains out (soap and water, baking soda paste, rubbing alcohol, wipes, etc.)

...and the stains are dark. It has been less than 14 days since I purchased the product at Apple. The rest of the case is in mint condition. Would I be able to exchange this case for another one? Wondering if Apple can refund damaged phone cases. Thank you!
