Macbook Pro keeps randomly disconnecting from my bluetooth speakers

Hi, Ever since updating my macbook to MacOS Catalina 10.15, it has been randomly disconnecting from my Bose Souldink mini II. I have, on multiple occasions, cleared the device list on the speakers and 'forgot the device' from my macbook, yet the problem persists.

Has anyone got a solution to this? Any and all help is greatly appreciated, Thank you!

P.S. The speakers itself are up to date.

I have this very issue too with my LG Soundbar SJ5.

The most annoying part is that it still shows up like it's connected, it just stops streaming sound to it and uses the MacBook speakers.
