iphone 5 update 10.3.4

Does this update also apply to iphone 5c? When I check for updates, my iphone 5c states it is up to date with 10.3.3. Will some of the current functions on my 5c be limited after 11/3/19 by not being able to update to version 10.3.4?

1. No. It's not subject to the GPS issue which 10.3.4 patches.

Thank you! I definitely need a newer iphone, but didn't know if I need to rush to purchase one before 11/3.
